More companies are sending employees out-of-state for medical care.  Should more consider “surgery shopping” as a way to cut healthcare costs?

Spain is offering foreigners permanent citizenship if they buy a home.  Would that plan help America’s still-weak housing market?

Virginia was a hate crime. Had this happened with a white shooter of two black women and a black man there would be a town riot and a flurry of black matters. Stop it Juan. You are too nice a man to lie right to our faces.
